Mangaluru, Mar 16: Students of Yenepoya PU College, here, participated in the district level swimming competition held at Puttur Dr Shivarama Karantha Balavana swimming pool organized by Ambika PU College, Puttur.
Vindya G Bhandary and Ashel Leanne D'Silva bagged 6 gold medals and 2 individual championships. They were trained by Rajesh Antony Bengre and Yashoda G Bhandary.
The winners were felicitated at Yenepoya PU College by principal Joseph Mechirath, campus director Mishria Javeed and Academic co-ordinator Ravi Goyel.
Vindya G Bhandary and Leanne D'Silva are selected for the state level.
