Mangaluru, Mar 19: In the district-level wrestling competition organised by St Aloysius PU College in collaboration with the department of Pre-University Education, Mangaluru, students of St Agnes PU College achieved an incredible performance by bagging the runners up trophy.

Shibha secured second place in the 50kg weight category, Diya T Salian bagged third place in the 53kg weight category, Sweedal third place in the 55kg weight category, Joyline secured second place in 58kg weight category and Mahima second place in the 68 kg weight category, Gloria bagged second place in 70kg weight category. Prisha, Mariam and Disha having garnered the gold medal in 52kg, 65kg and 72kg weight categories respectively are selected for the state level.

The management, Sr Norine D'Souza - the principal, Sr Janet Sequeira - the vice-principal, Jayashree - physical director and the staff congratulate these students for their remarkable performance and wish them good luck for the forthcoming events.
