Udupi, Mar 27: Mandavi Prince Palace Tower E, by Mandavi Developers, was blessed and inaugurated on Saturday, March 27. Former minister Pramod Madhwaraj inaugurated the building, while entrepreneur, Purushottam Shetty inaugurated the lift services installed in the Tower. Fr Leslie Clifford D’Souza, parish priest, Mount Rosary Church, Santhekatte blessed the inaugurated tower and sought the blessings of God. K Ragupathi Bhat, MLA, Udupi, inaugurated the formal stage function by lighting a lamp.
While Ratnakar Shetty, entrepreneur, Santhosh Jathana, councillor, Nittur, Fr Steevan Fernandes, assistant parish priest, Mount Rosary Church, promoters of Mandavi Developers, Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, Molly Dias, Glen Dias, Jason Dias, Dr Lara Dias were present on the occasion.

From the inauguration desk, K Ragupathi Bhat said, "Today the fourth tower of Mandavi Prince Palace was inaugurated. When the world was facing a crisis Dr Jerry Dias completed this project and handed it over to the customers. In the current business system, there may not be much profit but revenue gets generated for the government. Due to continuous business, many will get a job. For many years Pramod and I have witnessed many such programs of Jerry Dias. Due to hard work, honesty and commitment which is followed by the last 25 years Jerry Dias has made his name in society. Because of such successful business Udupi is also developing."
"Pramod Madhwaraj in his wishes said that I have been a guest at his first foundation stone laying ceremony along with Fr Godfrey Saldanha. Since then I have been a part of all the occasions. Dr Jerry Dias and his family are god-fearing. May another 25 years add to his carrier in constructions? Let the Udupi people get more quality projects from him in the coming days," he added.
Fr Leslie Lewis in his blessings said Jerry Dias is a god-fearing person and is honest in his work and therefore will always think well. So only good will happen in return. For the last 25 years of time, Jerry Dias and his family through his business have been the backbone of many families.
Dr Jerry Vincent Dias welcomed the gathering, Steevan Colaco compered the program.
With the attractive structure, the pleasant location of the Udupi Mandavi Prince Palace is situated at the adjacent road of Kalsanka–Gundibail Road, Udupi. It consists of Tower A, B, C, D and E, and now Tower A, B, C and E are ready and inaugurated. The third phase of the work will commence soon at Tower D.
