Mangalore: Rosario PU College Wins Taluk-level Football Tourney

Mangalore, Jul 28: Rosario Pre-university College emerged champions of taluk-level football tournament held at Nehru Maidan, recently.

The tournament was organized by Rosario PU College. Fr Stany Goves, correspondent of Rosario Educational Institutions inaugurated the tournament by kicking the ball. The Dakshina Kannada Football Association president Aslam was the chief guest at the inaugural function.

Nine teams participated in the tournament. In the thrilling penalty shoot out Rosario P U College defeated St Aloysius PU College.
