Mangaluru, Apr 7: A day long study workshop for the commerce lecturers on Business Studies and Accounting was held at the Loyola auditorium of St Aloysius PU College by Dakshina Kannada commerce lecturers’ association and St Aloysius PU College.

The workshop was inaugurated by the district deputy director of PU College education, Mohammed Imtiaz. Shalet D’Souza, vice principal of St Aloysius PU College was the chief guest. District PU College principal’s association president Umesh M Karkera was present.

Nirendra, lecturer, SDPT PU College Kateel, Yousuf, principal, Government PU College, B Mooda and Pratima Bhat, lecturer, Government PU College, Katipalla Krishnapura were the resource persons. They gave useful information on the changed curriculum.

The lecturers who conducted youtube classes were felicitated on behalf of the department. Association president Aparna J welcomed the guests. Treasurer Deepak Kumar rendered a vote of thanks. Association secretary Shalini compered the programme.
