New Delhi, Apr 8 (IANS): Former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Thursday took a swipe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the fuel prices and said that he should also discuss it and not just the exams.

"Getting your vehicle refueled is no less than an exam due to higher central government taxes, then why the Prime Minister does not discuss it? Discussions should be held on the issue of expenses too," Rahul Gandhi said in a tweet in Hindi.

His swipe came a day after Prime Minister Modi held discussions with students over exams.

The prices of petrol and diesel have hit the common man in the country. Even after the reduction in the prices of crude oil in the last eight days, the prices of diesel and petrol have remained unchanged.

    RaGa is back and Another self goal ! One has lost count. . As per him buying all food grains , vegetables , fruits etc is also a exam . Paying electricity bill , mobile bill etc is also a exam .

    Yaar . There is no need to respond to such 'educated' .The results as very clear. Bashing BJP/Modi/RSS has only decimated the Congress. At the end its only Wayanad to win on Muslim votes and stay 'alive' in politics.

    Mnthan, How did Modi come to power ? By bashing Congress obviously ??? Has Modi fulfilled what he said to be doing different than Congress ? Did he bring back the Black Money that he said Congress looted and stored in Swiss banks ? Do we get jobs as we used to before six years ? Do our GDP as high as it was in 2014 ? Is our currency as strong as it was, against US$ ? Are our banks as successful and multiple as they were before 2014 ? Our NCPs continue to continue to function, or are in the ownership of Private Barons ? If today is better than it was before seven years for you, obviously you won't like anybody (not only RG) criticizing the current government.
