Mangaluru, Apr 9: Chancellor of Srinivas University Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao has been awarded Doctor of Litterature (Honoris Causa) by Apex Professional University, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh.
The honorary doctorate was conferred on Dr Rao by the university at its 4th annual convocation for his services in the field of education, social service, philanthropy, commerce and management as well as chartered accountancy profession.
The vice-chancellor, registrars, deans, principals, managers and staff of Srinivas University, Srinivas Group of Colleges, Hotel Srinivas, Udupi Krishna Bhavan and Raghavendra Rao Associates have congratulated Dr Rao on receiving the doctorate.
