Mumbai: 32-year-old arrested for assaulting traffic cop

Mumbai, Apr 16: A 32-year-old was arrested for allegedly manhandling a traffic cop. Jatin Satara reportedly manhandled a traffic cop when he came to tell him about illegal parking. He was arrested on Thursday April 15.

Traffic constable Dyaneshwar Wagh was on duty at RDD road in Mulund west when he asked Jatin to move the scooter from the no parking zone but Jatin refused to move, the Mulund police said.

Wagh then took video and photos of the scooter to issue a traffic challan.
