New Delhi, Apr 24: A webinar will be conducted on the topic 'Panchen Lama's abduction by China and its significance today' on April 25 from 1600 to 1700 hours.

The webinar is jointly organized by 'Centre for Himalayan Asia Studies & Engagement' (CHASE), Research & Development Foundation for Integral Humanism (RDFIH), Tibetan Youth Congress (TYC) and Students for a Free Tibet (SFT).

The keynote speaker at the webinar would be Penpa Tsering (Former Speaker of Tibetan Parliament in Exile and a prominent Tibetan leader). Other esteemed speakers are Jaidev Ranade (President, CCAS New Delhi), Bhuchung Tsering (President, ICT Washington DC), Gonpa Dhundup (President, TYC Dharamshala), Rinzin Choedon (National Director, SFT India Dharamshala) and Dukthen Kyi (Head of HR Desk, DIIR Dharamshala).

Vijay Kranti (Tibetologist, Chairman, CHASE New Delhi) is chosen as the moderator and Dr Mahesh Chandra Sharma (Director, RDFIH) will chair the webinar.
