Mangalore: Sugama Sangeetha Artiste Chandrashekar Kedilaya Felicitated

Mangalore, Aug 8: Renowned Sungama Sangeetha and Gamaka artiste Chandrashekar Kedilaya was felicitated by Canara High School, Dongarakeri at T V Ramana Pai auditorium, here recently.

At a programme organized by the Kannada association of the school, Kedilaya presented various light classical music and songs of well -known poets in Gamaka form.  He explained the several aspects of classical singing to the students.

Kedilaya has served as the lecturer at the Kannada department of the school 35 years ago. School headmaster S Umesh Mallya, staff and students of the school were present during the programme.
