Bengaluru, May 4: BBMP chief commissioner Gaurav Gupta has sought help from donors to procure medical healthcare facilities for BBMP after the state government has planned to upgrade public health infrastructure and provide oxygen pipeline system including oxygen generation plants and other facilities.

An increasing number of Covid patients requiring hospitalization and oxygen support has made it an immediate necessity for BBMP to procure various Healthcare facilities that are vital for the survival of Covid patients.

The facilities to be procured by the BBMP include oxygen cylinder oxygen concentrators and ventilators. These equipment are to be used in the Covid stabilisation centres proposed by the BBMP.
