Officials Stop Leakage of Ammonia in Bangalore Dairy


Bangalore, Aug 9 (PTI): Leakage of amonium at a maintenance unit of Bangalore Dairy unit here today was stopped immediately after it was detected, official sources said.

Fireforce officails stopped the leakage within 15 minutes after it was noticed, Chief Fire Officer E U Erappa told PTI.

Three engineers who were inside the unit when the leak was noticed were immediately evacuated, he said.
