Bengaluru: Chamarajanagar deaths due to oxygen shortage - Preliminary report filed

Bengaluru, May 12: The panel of Karnataka Legal Services Authority ked by retired judge, Justice A S Venugopal Gowda, which is probing the reported deaths of coronavirus patients at the district hospital at Chamarajanagar due to the shortage of oxygen, submitted its preliminary report to the high court on Tuesday May 11,

The report was submitted as per the court order. The high court is likely to decide about making the report public after going through the report on Wednesday May 12.

The report was submitted in a sealed envelope to the division bench of the high court which has been looking into several public interest litigations relating to covid19 control, which have been filed.
