Dubai, May 16: As per CEO of Dubai Airports Paul Griffiths covid vaccine passports are the only way to restart mass international travel.

Paul Griffiths told BBC “I don’t think there is an alternative”, He mentioned he was an ardent supporter of the document, calling it “inevitable”.

He also added "I think the problem is not the vaccine passport and its discrimination. It's the need to roll things out and have a proper globally equitable vaccine programme."

Dubai International Airport was the world’s busiest airport for international passengers for the seventh year in a row in 2020, having taken the spot from London Heathrow in 2014.

The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention on Saturday reported 1,321 cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 1,302 recoveries and 3 deaths.
