PM's photographs should be on death certificates: Manjhi

Patna, May 24 (IANS): All is not well within the NDA in Bihar with alliance partner Jitan Ram Manjhi slamming Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his photographs on vaccination certificates.

Manjhi, a former chief minister and president of Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) raised serious objection over the photograph of Modi on vaccination certificates.

"Prime Minister is taking credit for corona vaccination in the country, his photograph should also be printed on death certificates of those patients who died due to corona in the country. It will be the real justification," Manjhi tweeted on Monday.

On Sunday, Jitan Ram Manjhi said that the photograph of the President or CM of respective states should be printed on vaccination certificates.

The objection of Manjhi has bigger implications in the context of Bihar especially as he is considered very close to CM Nitish Kumar. Manjhi fought the 2020 Bihar Assembly election on the seats allocated by JDU and managed to win 4.

Photograph politics is currently underway in various non-BJP ruled states such as Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan, where respective chief ministers have claimed that they have purchased vaccines from other countries. Therefore, they are taking credit for it.

In Bihar, CM Nitish Kumar may also think the same but as BJP is the single largest party in the current NDA government, Nitish Kumar is unable to take credit for the vaccination programme.

Yes. I agree Manjhi that the P.M., photos are there in covid19 vaccines certificates, then why not the P.M., photos shouldn't be there in covid19 death certificates?! In covid19 deaths P.M photos must be there. Because this chaiwala P.M., colluded with RSS to build Gau-Shaalaas instead of building shelters and hospitals for humans.

Jitan Ram is absolutely right in demanding that PM's Photograph should be in the death certificates. It's because of Government mishandling of the COVID situation, arranging Political rallies and Kumbh Mela without preventive mask so many lakhs of people lost precious life. Definitely picture remind the deceased family members who is responsible...

@ Vicky, A leader does not cry like a baby every now and then...which we all again know is 'Crocodile tears'. He is better than Nawazuddin Siddiqui in acting. His photo should be in 'Filmfare' magazine. Andh Bhakts think ki dekho...'Modiji ro rahe hain'. Andh Bhakts don't realise ki koi unko 'chuna lage ke chu..a bana raha hai' ; 0 ; 0 ; 0

william, mangalore Not only PM, but all Ministers in his cabinet, all CMs of respective states & their ministers. all ruling and opposition party workers & leaders, and most importantly Indian public who disobeyed Covid guidelines and roamed like fools, all are responsible for Spreading Covid like wild fire. Stop playing politics during pandemic, but work hand in hand to prevent spreading virus further to Indian villages.

Hello, Melbourne man, be there where you're at present..do not worry about India. William did not even talked about Covid and what made you to jump on him? Just because you're in Melbourne, you're genius?? William was talking about the total situation in India which you perhaps are not aware, You do not fill your car in Indian petrol station, so, how would you know the situation here?? You do not eat pakoras made by an Indian from Gujarat, so how do you know the situation?? If you had that much love and care, you could have come down to India to help when India needs. Giving big big bashanas is very easy task (and we are fed up hearing of those) but walking the talk is difficult. When you can not walk the talk, be at peace in your place.

Modi's photo in everything that has been tax payers money. Reliance sticker in all oxygen and supplies that we got as aid from other countries. Nalin and co, thanking MOdi for arranging medical supply from Bahrain. Which one I should mention? The only thing that is not happening is the photo of PM on Covid death certificate, which is actually fitting to be honest. Bhakths like DShetty, even thinks Chattisgarh's CM was appointed by Feku and Daku. What else left? These bhakths thinks the whole world runs, sun raises and d sets all because of Vishnu's 13th Avatar Feku Fakir. Their head is full of cow products, this is very difficult to treat now, they need hear replacement but from where do we bring the heads??
