Bengaluru: Rs 3.5 cr medical equipment, including 20 oxygen concentrators from Toyota Kirloskar

Bengaluru, May 24: The Toyota Kirloskar unit at Bidadi handed over Rs 3.5 crore medical equipment, including 20 oxygen concentrators for Ramanagara district to deputy chief minister and State Covid Task Force c hief Dr C N Ashwath Narayan on Monday.

Toyota Kirloskar unit in Bidadi has already donated medical equipment to the state government.

Ramanagara district health officer Dr Niranjan received the donations from the company’s general manager Rajendra Hegde and senior manager Kiran when they called on the deputy chief minister as his official residence in Bengaluru.

The donations included eight nebulisers, 20 glucometers, five Ambu bags, 48 pulse oximeters, 200 nasal prongs, 250 oxygen masks, 20 oxygen concentrators and 5 multi-para bedside monitors.

The company has promised Dr Narayan of presenting another 30 oxygen generators next week.

The deputy chief minister appreciated the gesture and donations from Toyota Kirloskar management.
