Mangalore Photography Club to Organize Workshop on Aug 29 in City

Mangalore, Aug 24: The Mangalore Photography Club will hold a daylong digital photography workshop at District Small Industries Association Hall, Industrial Estate, Yeyyadi here on Sunday August 29 from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Dr Krishna Mohan, Rohit S Rao and Dijaraj Nair will be the resource persons at the workshop. The workshop is designed to be useful for both beginners and experienced photographers. The course will also prove useful to amateurs and those who pursue photography as a hobby and covers important tasks from choosing a camera to making great photos. It also will highlight on basic operations along with some great tips on portrait, landscape, street, wildlife and event photography.

The participants will be able to learn on what is photography, the need to take good photos, camera from film to digital, getting the best out of lenses, tripods & other accessories, how to take good photographs, Composition, framing, lighting, point of view, getting best out of your camera, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, basic post and processing.

Rs 650 has been fixed as the workshop fee, which is inclusive of course materials and food.
