Bengaluru, Jun 15: The lady depicted in the sex CD involving former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi has sought cancellation of a complaint filed by Jarkiholi in Sadashivanagar police station. She has approached the high court with this request.

A bench of the high court presided over by Justice Sunil Dutt Yadav, which took up the petition, adjourned the hearing to June 21 after ordering issuance of emergent notices to the special investigation team (SIT) and Ramesh Jarkiholi.

Advocate for the petitioner accused Jarkiholi of changing his stand and admitting having sex with the lady after 70 days of denying the same. He also said that the current claim of blackmailing him is another story cooked up to escape investigation. He questioned the delay with which Jarkiholi filed the application.

Alleged kingpin of the case, Naresh Gowda, presented himself before the special investigation team for questioning. He faced five hours of questioning. It is said he gave some critical information to the officials. Naresh Gowda and Shravan had been questioned separately on Saturday. Naresh has been asked to present himself for questioning on Wednesday. On Tuesday, Shravan may appear for further questioning before the special investigation team.
