Bengaluru: Revanna-Bommai meeting gives rise to curiosity

Bengaluru, Jun 16: At a time when BJP is grappling with the issue of leadership change, in an interesting development, JD(S) leader H D Revanna, met home minister Basavaraj Bommai and held talks with him.

Revanna visited Bommai at the latter's official residence on Tuesday June 15 morning. He held talk for over 30 minutes. They are learnt to have discussed about the current political situation and construction of a new police station in Holenarasipur taluk.

Speaking to media persons after meeting the minister, Revanna said that he had met Bommai to discuss about a new police station proposed in Holenarasipur taluk. He said no politics was discussed and asserted that he and Bommai are old friends.
