Mangalore, Sep 7: The members of Lions Club Mangalore Valencia felicitated and honoured Carmine Rasquinha (94), who served as a teacher in various schools in city for more than 40 years.

Club president Ln John Vas Prabhu, secretary Ln Joseph Rego, Ln Sushil Noronha, Ln Lawerence Serrao, Ln Francis Pinto, Ln Marriatte Vas and Ln Queenie Rego among others were present.
