President appoints new Governors for 8 states in major rejig

New Delhi, Jul 6 (IANS): In a major reshuffle, President Ram Nath Kovind on Tuesday appointed eight new governors giving them charge of the administration of new states. While many were transferred, others were new appointments.

P.S. Sreedharan Pillai, Governor of Mizoram, was transferred and appointed as Governor of Goa; Satyadev Narayan Arya, Governor of Haryana is transferred and appointed as Governor of Tripura; Ramesh Bais, Governor of Tripura is transferred and appointed as Governor of Jharkhand; Bandaru Dattatraya, Governor of Himachal Pradesh is transferred and appointed as Governor of Haryana.

However, Thaawarchand Gehlot, who currently serves as Cabinet Minister, has been appointed as Governor of Karnataka.

Besides, a Member of Parliament to the 16th Lok Sabha from Visakhapatnam Hari Babu Kambhampati has been appointed as Governor of Mizoram. Gujarat Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Mangubhai Chhaganbhai Patel as Governor of Madhya Pradesh and former Speaker of Goa Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar as Governor of Himachal Pradesh.

The appointments will take effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices, said the office of the President.

From 2019-2020 till date today (July 2021) all our youngster students from 10th, 2nd PUC, University Final Year, Professional Course Final Year students are getting their pass out certificates without any Competitive Final Exams. Our utterly failed Pradhansevak told CBSC 12th, std students, lastime in a virtual meeting that... "बच्चों सब खुश हो जावो. क्यों की मैंने तुम लोगों का अंतिम परीक्षा सब रद्द कर दी है." Any Educated Prime Minister will tell like that to any young students? राम जाने, इस देश का क्या होगा, इसका अच्चा नहीं होगा, इसका कुछ न कुछ जरूर होगा. लेकिन ये भाजपा हमारा सारा देश का बुरा हाल करेगा और सब को ले डूबेगा चुल्लू बार पानी में.
