Motivational video related 'Back on track after COVID-19' is indeed a very good demo worth watching to regain fitness especially related to the upper body & respiratory issues. Good initiative by FMCI. I can definitely suggest that it is very beneficial to regain the fitness level & get back to the lost confidence for those who have been recovered from COVID-19. Thank you FMCI physiotherapy department!
