Mangaluru: 26-year-old woman ends life, reason unknown

Mangaluru, Jul 7: A 26-year old woman ended her life on Tuesday July 6 night at her residence near Hathill under Urwa police station limits.

The deceased has been identified as Preethi from Uttar Pradesh. It is said that her husband is from North India who is working as a cabin crew member in Indian Airlines.

After 8 months of marriage, she came to Mangaluru with her husband. Her husband joined duty on July 1. Preethi was staying with husband’s brother and sister.

The exact reason behind the woman’s extreme step is not known.
