Mangaluru, Jul 12: The inaugural ceremony of the interschool and intercollege PU event, ‘Yenzyme – 2021’, commenced on Sunday July 11.

The programme began invoking God’s blessings by Jean and her team followed by school anthem. Principal Grace Noronha extended a warm welcome to everyone to this global contest.

Thereafter, campus director Mishria Javeed addressed the gathering and said, “This mega event was the brainchild behind the thought that we should do everything within our means to support the student community who are bearing the brunt of the current situation.” She then thanked the school managements and parents of the participating students for encouraging their students to be a part of the event. Further, she declared the competitions open and wished all the best to the participants.

Then the Yenepoya faculty sang an innovative song ‘Go Corona’ composed by the admin officer Ravi Goyal, spreading awareness on coronavirus. The programme was compered by Gloria Rodrigues who rendered the vote of thanks.
