New oxygen plant inaugurated at Bantwal

Bantwal, Jul 13: District in-charge minister Kota Srinivas Poojary on Tuesday, July 13, said that the new oxygen plant commissioned at a cost of Rs 1.4 crore would meet the demand of oxygen of Bantwal taluk and other places.

He was speaking after inaugurating an oxygen plant of 500 litres per minute (LPM) capacity commissioned by the government-owned companies under CSR funds, with the initiative of Bantwal MLA, Rajesh Naik on the premises of Bantwal hospital.

During the occasion MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA Rajesh Naik were present. The minister on behalf of government also thanked MP, MLA, companies, and officials for working of materializing the project.

Deputy commissioner, Dr Rajendra KV, DHO Dr Kishore Kumar, Bantwal tahsildar, Rashmi SR, Bantwal taluk panchayat EO, Rajanna, THO, Dr Deepa Prabhu, hospital administrative officer, Dr Pushpalatha, Bantwal DySP, Valentin D'Souza, BUDA president, Devdas Shetty and others were present.
