Moodbidri, Sep 10:  Moodbidri Varado YCS Council under the aegis of Moodbidri Town parish, YCS unit organized a day long workshop for all YCS members of the Varado at Corpus Christi Church Hall here on Friday September 10.

The Vicar Vara, Austin Peter Peres inaugurated the workshop and presided over the inaugural function. In his presidential address he referred WHO’s definition of integral health and said that prevention is better than cure.

The Varado director Fr Abel Lobo delivered the introductory address and advised the youngsters to cultivate a healthy life style. Lloyd Rego and Amar Lobo introduced the resource persons.

Resource persons Dr Edward Nazareth, Fr Ronald Sanctis, Dr Rohan Mendonca, the YCS Varado office- bearers and animators were present on the dais. The inaugural function began with invocation by YCS Moodbidri unit and concluded with YCS theme song. Around 165 YCS members were present.
