Udupi: Vishala Ganiga murder case – Husband Ramakrishna arrested, produced before court

Udupi, Jul 20: In connection to the sensational murder case of Vishala Ganiga, district police have arrested Ramakrishna Ganiga, husband of Vishala Ganiga and produced him before the court here on Tuesday July 20. He was sent to four-day police custody. 

Police had detained Ramakrishna Ganiga for interrogation from a few days in connection to the case.

It is reported that police have arrested one more accused.

It may be recalled, Vishala Ganiga was found murdered in a private apartment in Uppinakote, Brahmavar on July 12. Udupi police had formed six teams to crack the case. 

Ten suspects were interrogated in connection to the murder. Finally, police were successful in nabbing two people. In a detailed probe, police gathered call details and other essential evidences.

    The main part of the investigation shud be the MOTIVE for murder. Looks like the police have stopped holding a press conference with proper details of the murder. No mention of the alleged contract killers too. If this is how investigation is done, then it wont hold good in court of law

    I am totally devastated by reading; husband Ramakrishna has hired contract killer to eliminate his own wife Vishal. How can he do that. Did he forget, during his wedding, he wore mangalasutra to Vishal , in front of the entire family members. Money, power, lust, selfishness has became more valuable to him; even at the cost of eliminating his wife and betraying his own child.

    So he proved money has to do something more than relationship..it's same in many cases..money always mattered ..and relationship being secondary..so it's 2 incident Which shok people's in Karnataka..in DK and Udupi to be more specific... mom and son duo killing innocent father... husband killing his wife who have a daughter... this might happen in many homes..so please get educated and do educate your people that's money is not only the thing..there is more more beyond money....value your relationship s..I conclude..thank you

    Nothing happens by chance or fate. He created his own fate by his action. Karma has no menu, you get served what you deserve. I heard when the person is in police custody (unlike judicial custody) he is at the mercy of police. There are many cases when the accused have died in police custody. If he gives the reply truthfully, there will be less harm to his body. Police have specially trained persons to beat, that sometimes, the accused comes out in one piece, but all the limbs inside are in pieces. Never ever kill someone or give supari to kill. As per some papers, police have concluded that this Ramkrishna is the one who gave supari to kill his wife, Parents have given him such a holy name, but his mind is rotten.

    Sanjay Hebri,I am sure without such strong evidences Police wouldnt arrest him.what a world,only money ,no humanity,no heart,atleast could have divorced if he had other plans ,and baby would have its mother .Now only has to be clear the case in court,officially prove and he can dream welt will be soooo near him to burn in hell.Is he having any new aquintences in Dubai ,otherwise why kill wife ?What says his parents to this?What he has to tell his child when grown up?
