Ramanagara, Jul 23: Former chief minister of Karnataka, H D Kumaraswamy, felt that the political developments taking place within the BJP government are not good from the point of view of the interests of the people. He was speaking to media persons during his visit to Channapatna to examine progress of various development projects undertaken here, on Thursday July 22.
"Swamijis of different Maths have been extending total support to B S Yediyurappa. We have to wait and see how the BJP leaders will respond to this challenge," he remarked. Kumaraswamy also said that the state could do better if the political farce was not played. The central and state BJP leaders should not play with the lives of the people. Dividing people on the lines of castes and creeds is not a good development," he remarked.
When questioned about the achievements of Yediyurappa during the last two years as chief minister, he reminded that he is not a political analyst. It is up to the people of the state to decide, he remarked.
