The firm’s maiden apartment project was Astoria in the posh Bendoor  locality.  The project proved to be a success beyond expectations and soon Land Trades came up with a series of apartment projects such as ‘Orion’ in Lobo Lane, ‘Aria’ on Alvares Road, ‘Mercara Heights’ in Bendoor, which resulted in the firm establishing its  stranglehold  in the real estate market.
