A much-awaited biographical sports film directed by Kabir Khan, '83' stars Ranveer Singh as Indian cricket legend Kapil Dev. The film chronicles the glorious moments of the 1983 cricket World Cup, which India had won for the first time under the captaincy of Kapil Dev.
'83' features an ensemble cast that includes talented actors such as Deepika Padukone, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Nishant Dahiya, Sahil Khattar and Amrita Puri. The movie, just like Kapil Dev's heroics in 1983, is a prized catch!
