Bengaluru, Aug 10: In his first meeting with all senior police officers after assuming office, Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Tuesday tasked the State police to check the crime rate throughout the State and said police must bring down the crime rate as crimes are like a virus that must be contained.

Addressing all senior police officers along with the new Home Minister Araga Jnanendra, Chief Secretary P Ravi Kumar and other senior officers including the State Director General of Police Praveen Sood in Vidhana Soudha, the Chief Minister wanted the police to be people friendly while taking determined steps to curtail the crime rate very strongly.

Bommai said the State Government has already initiated several steps for advancement and improvement of basic facilities for the policemen and wanted the police to concentrate on the several challenges confronting them and the State, including helping the State administration in its action for preventing the possible Covid Third Wave by taking suitable precautions in all border districts.

The senior police officers must work more responsibly and make inspection in all check-posts along the borders mandatory.

Gambling, dark web and all other illegal activities must be put down without making any compromises, the Chief Minister said and made it clear that crimes cannot be tolerated.

The fight against narcotics and drugs must be vigorously continued and strict action must be taken in all districts to contain the menace, he said.

The Chief Minister said maintaining law and order must be the first priority while taking steps to prevent land disputes. He wanted the internal security division must be strengthened.

Home Minister Araga Jnanendra urged the Chief Minister to provide necessary support for improving and ensuring better functioning of the police department.

The Home Minister wanted the police officers to accord top priority to investigate all criminal cases speedily and made it clear delays will not be tolerated.

Additional Chief Secretary to Home Department Rajneesh Goel, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister N Manjunath Prasad and other senior officials were present.

But this covid virus crimes also going out of control over the time ? Recent Divine message to John Leary dated Wednesday, July 28, 2021 says so ( Message mainly to american but also for rest of the faithful and believers) Jesus said: “My people, your truthful doctors told you that Covid vaccinated people will be dying within a few years, because of the spike protein that is ruining their immune system. Curing the body by medicines to stop the spike protein from being produced, could be futile, since this vaccine condition is irreversible. You are about a year and four months into the prediction of two years until you start seeing more deaths from the vaccine. In the vision you are seeing serious health problems coming to the vaccinated people. The doctors will see these increasing health problems, but they will not connect this cause to the Covid shots, nor do they want to. The best way to heal the vaccinated people is to bless them with the Good Friday oil, the exorcism water with the miraculous medal, or by coming to My refuges at the proper time. When vaccinated people are blessed in this way, they need to believe that I can heal them, and they will be healed. If they refuse this blessing, and they do not believe that I can heal them, then a large percentage of the vaccinated people will be dying with dead bodies all over

According to Association for Democratic Reforms website: in 2018 Karnataka had 27% ministers with declared criminal cases and 15% with declared serious criminal cases. 96% of these ministers were “humble” crorepatis. The 2019 Lok Sabha has 43% of MP’s with declared criminal cases,29% with declared serious criminal cases. Note – “declared”. Also note that merely lodging a FIR for political vendetta is not considered here. Only those cases that a court has taken cognizance of are considered. One can even see the analysis for party wise candidates. Police stations do not register FIR’s(with respect to crimes involving cognisable offences) unless they “get permission” from the “up”. MLA’s and MP’s instruct their area police not to register complaints of crimes so that they can show that everything is fine in their constituency. This was revealed over 30 years back by an upright IPS officer named Ms. Kiran Bedi. How is all of this possible? This is due to the “circle of corruption” . The genesis of this circle is from citizens & communities who sell their votes in return for notes/favours. This allows corrupt candidates who do not believe in rule of law to get elected by “buying” themselves a seat from the auction set up by “bad political parties”. If they get elected they have to recover the money spent , so they are forced to be more corrupt and to turn a blind eye to crimes. The elected representatives then appoint corrupt administrators to extort money and favours from those who are more powerful . This in turn affects the very citizen who sold his soul and his vote in return for short term benefit. When this citizen or his community gets affected , they then run around seeking justice. Justice that they themselves buried when they sell their vote. Thus the circle of corruption keeps turning. You cannot elect criminals and expect them to improve the rule of law. The genesis of corruption is the corrupt citizen!
