Rahul Gandhi vows to be the voice of those being silenced

New Delhi, Aug 19 (IANS): Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Thursday vowed to fight for the people and be the voice of those being silenced.

In an instagram post, the Congress Lok Sabha MP from Kerala's Wayanad said, "With your blessings I renew my pledge to fight for our people. To be a voice for those being silenced. To stand up for those who are forced to kneel. To defend the rights of those who face grave injustice. To hear the cries of those in pain."

Along with the post, Rahul shared a photograph of a senior citizen taken during his recent Kerala visit.

Rahul Gandhi has been critical of the Centre and has been raising his voice over several issues.

He has criticised the Modi-led government over the fuel price hike, alleged Pegasus snooping row, three farm laws and several others in recent times.

Its too late boss to take any vows. Unless other wise the family moves aside and make way for some dynamic untainted youngsters at the helm. The current generation of voters cannot relate to or comprehend the strategies of the Ramu Kaakas in your party. All the hues and cries , bashing and lashing and then eventually run to a safe constituency to win on Muslim votes to just survive. Sorry! This type of political leaders wont fly with the people.

If such statement is made by Husain then it is not Husain but a coward Godse in disguise. A real Hussain will never speak against his own brethren and religion. FYI, don’t try desperately that muslims are against themselves to divide them within and accept whatever this govt says is right. You will be exposed with Chaddi down.
