Karkala: Zonal president visits Belman JCI, commends social work

Karkala, Aug 25: A programme was held at Belman gram panchayat auditorium on Sunday by JCI Belman, Junior Jaycees, and Jayceerettes to celebrate the visit of Indian Jaycees zone 15 president Saujanya Hegde. She commended the work of Belman Jaycees on the occasion.

Prior to the programme she visited Nandalike Laxmijanardhan temple, inaugurated the road signs Near Belman Laxmijanardhan International school, took part in Vanamahotsava and distribution of saplings near Nandalike Abbanadka Durgaparameshwari Friends club, donated dust bins to the friends club, handed over road signs near Abbanadka and Ittameri and visited Belman Durgaparameshwari temple and offered prayers. Forty chairs were donated to Kedinje Anganwadi centre, two walkers were donated and oath was administered to new members in the programme.

Belman JCI unit president Krishna Pawar presided over the programme. Former zonal president Rajendra Bhat K, zonal vice president Sathyanarayana Bhat, private secretary of the zonal president, Deepak Gangolli, programme director Ashwath Shetty, Jayceerette wing president Maya Rao, Junior Jaycee wing president Pratham Mallya and others were present.

Belman JCI unit president Krishna Pawar welcomed. Former president Abbanadka Sandeep V Poojary introduced the zonal president. Secretary Abbanadka Sathish Poojary tabled the report and thanked. Former unit president and members were present.
