We have not progressed in the last 70 years for snake bites treatment. We have not educated, nor identified the deadly species of our land, we have a very long way to go. People have to study about the snake in details, get to educate the public about how to treat the patient, to identify the different types of snake. About first aid. And available Antivenom nearby. The annual deaths due to snake bites is shooting up. Please save the snake and the victims.

Very sad.May his soul rest in Peace.I find India is a land where snakes are everywhere and bites too are often.Govt must see that a antivirum should be kept in every hospital to administer when it is necessary. One cant wait for long when snake bites.Time is limited.why it is not available in all hospitals or have to run from from A to Z.?Previously in my time in Father mullers hospital ,there was a Preparat was available .Later they cancelled .we used to administer every 15 minutes first ,later accordingly half an hour or hour according to condition.

Very very sad to see such things happen at times and the poor people succumb to this type of tragic death without any medical aid at that very moment without realising the grave harm the snake has done to thisman. It is a pity, really I feel very sorry for our dear brother Asid.
