Mangaluru, Sep 13: Lourdes Central School has a strong progressive outlook of active participation, and overall academic activities. Teacher to student and teacher to parent interaction are paramount for child's success.

All the sessions started with a virtual prayer song and a warm welcome for all. Parents were present along with the students for most of the sessions. All the subject teachers gave feedback about their subject and also thanked the parents for their wholehearted support in helping their ward to complete the work on time.

Gretta Menezes and Suneetha the exam coordinators gave a presentation on the CBSE special scheme and assessments, and explained in detail different aspects of NEP assessment pattern and pattern of Midterm examination.

The principal Fr Robert D’Souza addressed the parents and appreciated them for participating andshowing concern and support towards the school activities. He appreciated the students and parents for their active participation. He made aware of the forthcoming re-opening of the school. He advised the parents not to enrol their children for tuitions classes, encouraged the students to make the best use of the remedial classes and attend on time. He motivated the parents to monitor their wards device use and asked them to give some time for creative activities,like reading newspaper to develop their hobbies.

Overall the parent-teacher interactive sessions were successfully conducted as the management, staff,and parents could communicate freely their views and ideas.
