Mangaluru, Sep 16: Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Bajrang Dal (BD) staged protest against the government over temple demolition in Mysuru on Thursday September 16.

The protestors raised slogans against the state government near Kadri.

Addressing the protestors, Vishwa Hindu Parishad regional secretary M B Puranik said, “This protest is a warning to the government as well to the concerned department over the move of demolition of the temples. The government should resolve the mistake that has been committed and see that it will not be repeated hereafter. They should take the necessary steps to reconstruct the temple demolished in Mysuru.”

VHP, BD district convenor Puneeth Attavar said, “During Hindu festivals, we need to seek permission for loudspeakers. What about the Muslim community? Who gave them the permission for azaan by loudspeakers at mosques? Does anyone have courage to stop it? We demand the resignation of tahsildar, deputy commissioner, revenue minister and the chief secretary. We will give a befitting reply to those who come forward to demolish temples in the district. We urge the government to reconstruct the demolished temple.

“There are different rules for Hindus and Muslims. On Fridays, Muslims block roads and perform namaz. If government fail to stop this, then we will perform Hanuman Chalisa outside every Hanuman temple,” he warned.

“Minister Sunil Kumar promised to work for Hindutva and can do anything for Hindutva. Today when Hindu community’s sentiments are hurt, why is he silent?” he questioned.

VHP leader Murli Krishna said, “We warn the officials who demolished the temples overnight over the court order. To what religion do these officials belong to? If you are government officials, do you not belong to any religion?

“The courts have also given an order for the removal of loudspeakers at mosques which is used for azaan. We challenge these officials. If they have courage, let them remove these loudspeakers.

“During the elections, BJP MLAs said that they will protect Hindu religion and we have voted them. These MLAs should live their statements now and make illegal temples in the district legal and take the responsibility,” he said.

If the worshipping places are illegally made against rules then it may be proper to bring everyone under sarvadharma rule. In fact there should be volume control to all religions as the true God can hear the humble prayers of devotees. Let there be calm and healthy worship of all religions to the Almighty!

BD and VHP should press strong demand for resignation of this anti-Hindu govt which is hurting sentiments of Hindus and humiliating Hindu religion. These groups should intensify thier protest for Hindu cause. We want to see some real results atleast now for our own dear Hindu religion. We are ready to die if needed for our religion sake.

Be a human, not a useless guy that you are showing here!!! You are funny my friend. Spend more time with your family, be a true family man, to give them Love, safety and dignity. You can prevent Love Jihad yourself and from your home, instead blaming other people. When there is no from you towards your family, all kind mess happens. This teach in every religion. “Minister Sunil Kumar promised to work for Hindutva and can do anything for Hindutva. Today when Hindu community’s sentiments are hurt, why is he silent?” he questioned. I liked above question. These people are fake hindus. They fooled you guys and you fools now demand resignation of state government which is illegal. Where is your Udupi MP? Where is your Mangalore MP? Where are your MLA's???? All in deep sleep. Modi ruined the country and you people still supported him. Now see the consequences. You deserve this treatment from fekus. Whenever some one comments against Modi, you guys used to brand them as anti nationals. Jokers...
