Rahul, Punjab, Chhattisgarh CMs now allowed out of Lucknow airport

Lucknow, Oct 6 (IANS): After haggling for over an hour over the mode of transport, senior UP officials finally allowed Congress MP Rahul Gandhi to leave the Lucknow airport.

A huge crowd had gathered at the airport to welcome the Congress leader who was accompanied by Chief Ministers of Chhattisgarh and Punjab, Bhupesh Baghel and Charanjit Singh Channi, respectively.

Less than an hour after the Uttar Pradesh government said Gandhi would be allowed to visit Lakhimpur Kheri - where violence at a farmers' protest on Sunday had left at nie dead, security personnel stopped him at the Lucknow airport.

An angry Rahul, who was accompanied by Baghel, and Channi, sat on a 'dharna' at the airport.

"Show this scene... they (the UP government) said that we are free to go and now they are stopping us. What kind of permission is this? This is Uttar Pradesh government's permission," he told the media.

Asked whether he was on a dharna now, Gandhi said: "'Kya karun? I will sit here'."

Earlier, police officials told the Congress leader that he would be taken in their vehicles but he declined, saying that he would use his own vehicle.

Meanwhile, the two Chief Ministers have announced an ex-gratia payment of Rs 50 lakhs each to the families of those killed in Sunday's violence at Lakhimpur.

Lakhimpur Kheri is one of many towns in India ruled by BJP is the recent fine example of Taliban like rule by BJP. Official FIR backed by social media video are concrete proof for this case. BJP has held innocent Priyanka Gandhi in detention who is fighting for innocent Farmer’s pain and injustice in Lakhimpur is another BJP’s cruel Taliban like rule. BJP has let thier own Murder accused, riot promoter minister’s son scot free with clean chit after he ignited a bloody violent brutality on peacefully protesting farmers killing and injuring many only to discredit farmers protest. What else can be expected from the Murder accused Tadipar law and order top cop administration of BJP.

Try harder to spread fake narrative masquerading on pseudo name and fake town. No words or sympathy on the 3 BJP workers lynched and of course the driver of Thar who too was lynched by goons posing as farmers. The intention of this incident was to spread riots in UP and defame Yogi and Modi, hatched by anti national parties like CONgress and SDPI

FYI, as per the official FIR of Lakhimpur police of UP of your BJP ruled home town and video report this violent incident was preplanned and executed by your own sworn ministers. I pity the innocent souls died and injured due to this dastardly act of elected minister himself. Does your minister has any humanity left in him to be accountable and face consequences????????….More you deny and disown more you are exposed because truth can not be suppressed.
