Toronto: Tulukoota of Ontario holds meet-and-greet programme

Toronto, Oct 6: Tulukoota of Ontario, Canada held a meet and greet programme at Paul Coffey Park, Mississauga on October 2.

More than 40 families took part in the programme. Organizer Sudarshan Shetty said that it is the first step to unite Tulu families abroad. The platform should create awareness to our future generation about the culture of our soil.

""The Koota has planned more new programmes in the future. Our Tulu families should grow. Every member should join hands to add Tulu families to the Koota, requested co organizers Manoj D’ Cunha, Vijay Shetty, Vinay Ameen, Sunita Amman, Kishore Shetty of Radhakrishna restaurant and Sindhu Kulal," he said. 

Cultural organizer Leo Rego had arranged various entertainment programmes. The winners were awarded prizes. Prize sponsors were Vikas Shetty, Karunaker Shetty, Manoj D’ Sunha, Leo Rego and Kishore Shetty.
