Mangaluru, Oct 9: After the success of 'Private Challenge', a popular Tulu television show on Daijiworld TV, the makers started its second season with a grand episode which was aired on Sunday October 3 at 9 pm. Viewers have come up with lavish appreciation for the new content and changes in 'Private Challenge-Season 2'.

The show, Private Challenge, was conceptualized to entertain the viewers during the first phase of the Covid-19 lockdown, as normal life was affected and sources of entertainment like movies, drama and Yakshagana were not allowed. The show became very popular. People irrespective of age, gender, community, caste, language and religion have enjoyed the show. Moreover, school going children were keenly awaiting Sundays to watch the show. The on-screen chemistry of 'Tulunadu Manikya' Aravind Bolar and Walter Nandalike mesmerized the audience. Private Challenge further set a new standard in the coastal Karnataka's television industry.

This time also the production house has retained ‘Tulunadu Manikya' Aravind Bolar and Walter Nandalike as the main artistes of the show who have made the show super hit in its first season. In the second season the role of Nandalike slightly changed and he will be doing various characters along with Bolar instead of doing interviews. There were many junior artistes, and budding talents got a chance in season 1. The second season also contains a bunch of supporting artistes from different corners of Dakshina Kannada.

A dedicated technical team consisting video editor Noel Puttur and cinematographers Kiran Kepu, Durgaprasad Kakkepadavu and Dayanand Kukkaje work behind the show. Artiste Dinesh Attavar handles the make-up. 'Electrical Point' is the main sponsor of the show.

The scripting and direction departments are handled by Stany Bela.
