Aryan Khan bail: Mumbai court to pronounce verdict on Oct 20

Mumbai, Oct 14 (IANS): In a huge setback to Aryan Khan, a Mumbai special NDPS court on Thursday reserved its order on his and other co-accused's bail applications till October 20.

Thus, Aryan - the son of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan - and other co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha will remain in judicial custody at the Arthur Road Central Jail and the Byculla Women's Jail for the next five days on account of public holidays over the next few days.

After hearing heated arguments by the prosecution for Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and the defence lawyers, Special Judge V.V. Patil kept his verdict on the bail pleas of Khan, Merchant and Dhamecha, who are among 20 nabbed so far in the sensational rave party raid of October 2, in abeyance for the next five days.

Nothing but Gross Misuse of the Central Agencies and the Judiciary to target innocent citizens and harass percieved opponents to the political party in power. 1300 Kgs of Heroin caught in this consignment. How many such consignments of similar cargo have passed through this Port in the past. Just Imagine the damage such drugs would cause to the citizens of our country and especially for the children to get hooked to these drugs for years. How come the Godi media is silent on this issue while crying hoarse from their loud speakers about Aryan Khan being in possestion or has consumed few grams of drugs . Why not a special investigation team to probe the massive drug haul in the Mundra port all because Adani is a close associate of Modi and Amit Shah. The whole country seems to have been or in the process or to be mortgaged to the state of Gujarat with Modi behaving like he is the PM of Gujarat, The Rule of Law should be applicable to all and Adani should be made answerable for this Mega haul of drugs especially from Afghanistan
