Karkala: Children’s dance, bhajan training camp inaugurated at Abbanadka Friends club

Karkala, Oct 26: “Bhajans are a force that quickly pleases the God almighty. Bhajans have a close relationship towards God and man,” said Nandalike Abbanadka Durgaparameshwari Friends Club convener Abbanadka Sandeep V Poojary.

He was speaking in the inauguration of children’s dance and Bhajans camp held by the state and district awardee Friends Club at its auditorium on Sunday.

Nandalike Abbanadka Friends Club president Prashanth Poojary chaired the programme. Nandalike Mavinakatte Mahammayi Bhajana Mandali member Rajendra Shettigar inaugurated the programme and gave training.

Former president of the sangha, Udaya Anchan, secretary Suresh Poojary Kasrabailu, internal auditor Hariprasad Acharya Abbanadka, vice president Suresh Abbanadka, joint secretary Pushpa Kulal, treasurer Veena Poojary, Bhajana Mandali president Sulochana Kotian, secretary Harinakshi Poojary, Lalita Acharya, Arati Kumari, Padmashree Poojary, Ashwini Poojary, Keerthan Poojary, Sudarshan Salian, Asha Acharya, Bhajana mandali members and others were present.
