Just to file the charges it took 4 years and now God only knows how many decades it will take to deliver justice. This is the efficiency and effectiveness of our toothless laws and spineless systems.

Killing of a woman in India for what she thought should make us put our head down in shame. I have watched her youtube interviews and it was more about complaining and to be fair to her, she was complaining about everyone probably in the interest of impartial take on everyone by fixing role on people. I never got motivated or excited from what she had to say. These killers needlessly made a heroine out of otherwise irrelevant leftist. It is not just framing charges, but put these killers behind the bar for ever so that if people do not have argument they will never ever resort to violence. Killing of Gauri Lankesh was purely to gain prominence and hope punishment of the killers will form a deterence.

Justice delayed is justice denied. It will take another 20 years for final judgement like in Salman Khan case. When is Indian justice going to reform ? May be never. Look at Aryan Khan case. No Evidence, No Consumption, No Conspiracy, Right from the First Moment when he was detained on 2nd Oct 2021 …. Nor is there anything as of now. It was just corruption and extortion. SRK offered 50 lacs but the demand was 28 crores. God save Indian justice system!

Dear CA Abdulla from California, Give time, and you will be be surprised that for once Justice delayed is justice denied will be proven wrong. KKR lose match, TMC interests in Goa and other assembly constituencies, Aryan Khan behind bar all are related. Nawab Malik is perfectly part of the drug plot. The attempt on Sameer Whankade will come back to haunt SRK and the new Nawab of India big time. "Their sons were both under custody of NCB" That is not coincidence.

There are many such cold blooded murder still taking place against social activists, journalists who raise voice against injustice. The delay in giving justice to the victims seems the murderers likely to be known to somebody in the central govt. Independent agencies should be given charge to interrogate accused.

Tampering with evidence makes it harder to prove charges against criminals making it harder for the judges to decide faster.
