New Delhi, Nov 18: In a video that has surfaced on social media, a doctor can be seen eating cow dung, claiming that it is very good for mankind.

Dr Manoj Mittal, the doctor in the video can be seen in a cow shelter, talking about how cows are beneficial.

In the video, the doctor is seen picking up a small amount of cow dung from the ground and puts it in his mouth. While enjoying his snack, he says his mother always broke her fast by eating cow dung. The doctor further enlists some of its benefits and says that anything that comes from the body of a cow is priceless for humanity. He further claims that consuming cow dung purifies our mind, body and soul.

In yet another viral video, the same doctor claims that cow urine contains gold.

However, netizens were not amused and started mocking the doctor for making unscientific claims.

He must have got his degree from Patanjali University. Even Ayurveda doctors put stethoscope round their necks nowadays. The article does not state his medical degree.

I also feel cow dung may be having healing properties But eating it is not good I feel Its an excreta of an animal and may cause harm as it may contain organisms which may cause some disease like bacteria and virus Before we make any claim there must be some scientic trial based on it Otherwise things may go haywire

Let him eat cow dung and take bath in Cow urine and sleep in the Cow shed. At least he may get all the benefits which are being provided to Cows. His face it self sends a unique message of disgust. Medical professional talk shit possible only in India. His license for medical practice should be suspended.

In my opinion he is more of a fanatic than a doctor qualified in medicines. People should keep away such mentally unsound doctor. Let him practice such things on a personal scale and should make publicity for public. He may introduce another pandemic in the days to come. Looks Insane !

Doesn't this doctor think humans are much superior to animals ? He should stop wasting his money on buying food products and on cooking them, let him stop having a toilet in his house. Human practices are contagious, they spread socially. Let the innovation spread, starting from the firsts family, and then to the lower strata of political leaders. We common people are the lower most level of the ladder. It will take quite some time by the time disease reaches me - he he he... What a waste of education on this kind of people !
