Udupi, Nov 27: “The chief minister has directed to take extreme care about the travellers coming from abroad,” said deputy commissioner (DC) Kurma Rao M.

After taking part in the meeting with chief minister held to discuss about Covid and its new variants, the DC said, "The CM has directed to make note of the travellers coming from Hong Kong, South Africa and other countries. He has even directed to achieve 100% vaccination. It has been instructed to strictly follow the Covid appropriate norms. I request all the public of the district to strictly follow wearing of mask and maintaining social distance, thus contributing to reduce the Covid positivity here.”
