New Delhi, Dec 3 (IANS): The police have apprehended three minors for shooting at a man in Delhi, an official said on Friday.
According to the official, a call regarding a firing incident was received on November 26 at Tigri police station, following which the cops rushed to the spot.
The caller stated that his brother has been injured in a firing incident and has been taken to a nearby hospital. When the cops reached the hospital, they found that the injured person was not in a position to give a statement.
Based on his brother's complaint, a case under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code was registered and investigation was taken up.
A police team was constituted, which collected the CCTV footages of the crime spot and its nearby places. While scanning the footages, the accused trio was seen moving in a suspicious condition.
On Thursday, secret information was received about the movement of the accused after which the police team laid a trap and apprehended all three of them.
