Medical Teams Ready as Hajis Move to Madinah


MADINAH,Nov 21(Arab News) : The Health Directorate in Madinah is currently implementing a plan to deal with pilgrims visiting Madinah after the Haj.

Director General Abdullah Al-Tayifi said his directorate has offered services such as treatment and prevention of diseases and first aid to Saudi, foreign and expatriate pilgrims.

Medical teams are visiting sick pilgrims in their residential centers and even on roads, he said.

The director general also inspected various temporary health centers around the Prophet’s Mosque, the King’s Guest Clinic and Ansar Hospital on Saturday.

Al-Tayifi  urged all health workers to offer the best possible services to pilgrims.
