Tiny Tots of St Theresa's School Celebrate 'Spectrum of Life'

Mangalore, Nov 26: It was a vibrant display of talent and innocence as colourfully-decked students of St Theresa's School on Friday November 26 celebrated their annual day, aptly named ‘Spectrum of Life.’
Founder and chairman of Alva's Education Foundation Dr Mohan Alva was the chief guest at the programme. In his address to the gathering of parents, teachers and students he said that he has immense respect and admiration for the Christian educational institutions for providing qualitative education all over the coastal districts, especially in Dakshina Kannada.
He added that children are brilliant by birth but they should be given strong psychological support as the new generation is compelled to compete globally. He honoured the toppers of the last academic year by presenting them with souvenirs.
Sr M Rose Celine B S, secretary, Bethany Educational Society presided over the programme. Sr M Premitha B S, principal, Souvik Chatterjee, head boy, Marsha Goveas, head girl, among others were present.
Savitha Albuquerque welcomed the gathering. Jasmine Moreira delivered the vote of thanks. The celebrations began with a variety of colorful programmes like dance and skit followed by the formal function. The celebrations concluded with the rendition of the National Anthem.
