Mangaluru, Dec 21: Advocate K S N Rajesh, who has been accused of sexually harassing a law student, who surrendered in the court on Monday December 20, reportedly arrived by an ambulance. Police commissioner N Shashi Kumar who spoke to media said that the police did not have any information about the advocate's plans to surrender in the court on Monday.
The police commissioner confirmed that no other complaints have been lodged against the advocate. He said that the accused needs to be subjected to interrogation as the girl student has made several allegations against him. He revealed that the investigating officer has been asked to seek police custody.

Rajesh's bail plea will be taken up for consideration on Tuesday December 21 by the court. The police are likely to move an application seeking his police custody on Tuesday.
It may be recalled that the advocate had successfully evaded arrest for about two months even though the police made some arrests, questioned many people, served lookout notice and froze his bank accounts.
