Bharat Co-operative Bank’s 36th Branch Inaugurated at Goregaon

Mumbai, Nov 29: The 36th branch of metro-based Bharat Co-operative Bank was inaugurated at Goregaon (West), here on Monday November 29.
The Bank’s former chairman and existing director, Billavara Association president Jaya C Suvarna inaugurated. Addressing the gathering he said that Bharat Co-operative Bank has been a leading financial institution in its segment in the metro. It achieved fast progress as it believes in providing soft loans to small scale entrepreneurs and also petty traders to improve their economic conditions. The loyalty of majority of Bank’s customers is the asset that would reap further growth, he added.
The Bank’s chairman Vasudev R Kotian inaugurated the newly-set up branch at Goreigaon (West). Maharashtra public prosecutor and Bank’s vice-president lawyer Rohit J Salian and director Pushpalata N Salian jointly inaugurated the locker facility at the new branch. Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader and labour unionist Sharad Rao inaugurated the ATM facility.
Vidwan K Sadashiv Shanti performed Vedic rituals including various puja at the new branch. The Bank director Dinesh Kukyan and Geetha couple took part in the puja celebrations.

The Bank’s deputy general manager professor Shekar Poojary, general managers B K Amin, C R Mulky and Anil Kumar R Amin, assistant general managers Shobha Dayanand, Vivek S Shanbagh, Nithyanand D Kotian and Suresh Salian among others including prospective customers were present on the occasion.
