Puttur: Infant Male Child Found Abandoned

Puttur, Dec 2: A month old infant was found abandoned in Krishna Nagar of Bantra village in the taluk.

The locals who cited the child, passed the information to police. The child has been shifted to the Ramakrishna Ashram here and is doing well as far as health is concerned, according to sources in police department.

The complain alleges that some unidentified person has abandoned the newborn. A case has been registered at the Kadri police station.
